This ALL NEW COURSE starts and finishes at Stapleton Central Park and explores the northwest section of the metro area. Initially heading west, on the designated bike lane along Martin Luther King Blvd. through the original brick homes of the Park Hill and Whittier neighborhoods into downtown Denver. This course continues through the historic Highlands neighborhood before moving on to the spacious views from Arvada and Lakewood. Cyclists geared up for the ultimate challenge then begin the signature hill climb up the steep grades and breathtaking views on the Lookout Mountain ascent.
New in 2012, the 100 Mile ride follows the Pro Cycling Challenge course through Golden and heads north along the foothills, around Standley Lake and through the open space along the northwestern edge of the metro area.
Once cyclists reach the dramatic view of the Flatirons in Boulder, they turn east and follow the designated bike lane along Baseline Ave. through the rolling hills of east Boulder County. The course then turns south along the fast-paced wide open road, offering the best of Colorado’s contrasting vistas with grassy plains on one side and snowcapped peaks on the other. The final leg of this course is a straight shot to the Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge, on to the Northfield shopping district and back to Stapleton Central Park.

The NEWLY DESIGNED 62 mile metric century course is a great option for those looking for a long distance ride without the intensity of a hill climb. This fresh 62 mile route no longer includes the steep ascent up Lookout Mountain but does allow cyclists to get their hearts pumping and enjoy some of the most scenic vistas in the north metro area.
The course also starts and finishes at Stapleton Central Park and explores the northwest section of the metro area. Initially heading west, on the designated bike lane along Martin Luther King Blvd. through the original brick homes of the Park Hill and Whittier neighborhoods into downtown Denver. This course continues through the historic Highlands neighborhood before moving on to the spacious views from Arvada and Lakewood. Circumventing the hill climb, the 62 Mile course splits off to follow the Pro Cycling Challenge route north to Broomfield.

The 25 Mile quarter century ride starts and ends from Central Park at Stapleton and heads towards downtown on the new bike lanes of MLK Blvd. Once downtown cyclists will be treated to an aid station at the turn around and will head back to Stapleton.
This course is perfect for the amateur cyclists looking for a short distance organized ride.
